Where can I eat at the Saut Hermès?
Have a break between two classes at the “escales gourmandes” located on the upstairs walkways of the Grand Palais.
Access
How can I access the venue?
Is there a specific access for people with reduced mobility?
People with reduced mobility can access the event via the public entrance of the Grand Palais, located 7, avenue Winston Churchill. Free parking spaces for holders of valid CMI-S, CES cards or GIG/GIC badges are located near the monument, on the Petit Palais side of the Cours la Reine.
There is a dedicated grandstand inside the venue. If you need access to that grandstand, we kindly ask you to send an email to the following address: btoblive@fnac.com. Please note that you will systematically be asked for your disability card during the process.
What objects are forbidden at the Saut Hermès?
Please note that you are not allowed to enter the Grand Palais with a suitcase, travel bag or objects larger than A3 format, apart from motorcycle helmets and strollers. There are no lockers available to the public at the event.
Is there a valet service available?
The Saut Hermès does not have a valet service. We invite you to park directly at Rond-point des Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Parc François-1er, Alma Georges-V, Champs-Élysées Lincoln ou Matignon public car park.
Are pets allowed at the Grand Palais?
We would like to remind visitors to remain vigilant and careful in the presence of the horses during the event. All animals are forbidden inside the event venue.
Is there a locker service available at the event?
There are no lockers or cloackrooms available to the public at the event.
Ticketing
Where can I buy ticket to the Saut Hermès?
Only use an official sales channel to buy your ticket (sauthermes.com, Fnac or France Billet).
Do not buy tickets on non-official websites as we cannot guarantee its validity. In the event of litigation, we cannot be held responsible.
We do not sell hospitality offers or « VIP offers » to the Saut Hermès. Nor are there any group or corporate rates.
How does an e-ticket work?
An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that should not be duplicated or photocopied. This ticket can be found in your e-mail. Any reproduction of the ticket is fraudulent and useless, as the number on the ticket and the barcode guarantee a single passage at the time of inspection. The first person to present the ticket is presumed to be the rightful bearer of the ticket and will be admitted to the event.
Can I resell my tickets?
If you cannot attend the event, you can ask for a full ticket refund up to two days before the beginning of the Saut Hermès via our ticketing.

Can I volunteer at the Saut Hermès?
We are pleased to work directly with equestrian schools for voluntary missions. Thus, we do not call upon other organizations for this event.
